What is a "SCROG" grow?? Or what is it's significance??

Week 8, going to harvest in a few days. I've watered twice already without nutes and the second time I full on flushed the pot. The water from that last flush is almost gone though at this point. Maybe water once more without nutrients, wait for that to dry out, then let it sit dark and dry for a couple days before harvesting.

Micro SCROG closet grow Feminized Black Jack plant, a little over a month since planting. been under a 150W HPS (15000 lumens) as well as two localized 42W CFL's (2600 lumens each). Green Lightnin' nitrogen rich fertilizer every other feeding, organic soil, 18/6 light cycle. The middle of the screen is tied down in slight bowl shape and also prevents plant from pushing screen up. Fairly large carbon filter attached to 4" inline fan in series with medium sized silent (6 dB) PC fan. Only PC fan is on during dark Rating: 5

Looks like 90.6 g, hope its dried but I think I messed up drying. I let them hang with good ventillation for 2+ days and they smell a little bit like hay. It's pretty hot an humid here so I don't think that they'd dry out so fast but they still lost a bit of their scent. Put it in a paper bag for a day or two and just put them in jars to make sure they don't lose any more scent.

But yeah, first grow: 1~oz, second grow: 2.5 oz, third grow: 3.2 oz

Not bad.
