Seriously, germinating isn't that different between strains. If your Hash Plants had no issues I would look to the seed producer. Tons of crap out there unfortunately.
This is true, a seed with good genetics will sprout a healthy root and will take peep out of the soils after 2 days. Did you plant them too deep in the soil ? did you pack the soil tightly over the tops of them ? When covering my seedlings i put a little damp soil over the top and try not to compress it so its easy for the seedling to break through.
