I have a very important pre-employment drug screen coming up and I need some advice on what to do: I know that substitution definitely works, but it seems too stressful and would like to avoid it if possible. I am a chronic daily smoker for years, but will have been clean for 22 days before the test. 2 days before I quit I tapered down to just 5 hits per day of crappy weed. I am 5??8? and weigh 150 lbs.
