Please Help! I have a very important pre-employment drug screen coming up and I need some advice on what to do:

I know that substitution definitely works, but it seems too stressful and would like to avoid it if possible. I am a chronic daily smoker for years, but will have been clean for 22 days before the test. 2 days before I quit I tapered down to just 5 hits per day of crappy weed. I am 5??8? and weigh 150 lbs. I??m pretty skinny, but have some fat around the belly. I am going to exercise a lot daily until 2 days prior, and take fiber supplements to help get the THC out. I know the test will be a urine drug screen, but do not know if they will use the 50 or 20 ng detection cutoff (the employer is a very large corperation with lots of resources and is sending me to a hospital lab at a large hospital).
My questions are
1)Can I buy a 20ng home urine test anywhere to check myself
2) I know that dilution works and I plan on doing that along with eating red meat, taking creatine, and vitamin b12 prior to the test, but what about the spec gravity? If they test the spec gravity and see that it is dilute would this trigger a more sensitive gc-ms test?
3) Is the gc-ms much more sensitive than the screens- would I be shooting myself in the foot if I diluted my urine and then it was sent for gc-ms?
4) Would you recommend a detox clenser like they sell online?
5) What is you advise/ what are my chances?
