I believe this is the section of the amendment they were referring to:

"The primary care-giver controls the acquisition of such marijuana and the dosage and frequency of its use by the patient."

Other than that, A20 really doesn't address how distribution of MMJ works, one of the major reasons so many dispensaries opened.

Patients Helping Patients So, I can't find anywhere in the bill that a patient can't sell 2 oz or less to another patient regardless of whether they have a primary caregiver or not. This would mean that there will be a legal way to sell your extras if you are a caregiver AND a patient, you just can't peddle to the dispensaries or sell more than 2 oz at a time, UNLESS the recipient had a dr's note for high plant count / finished product. Seems like a pretty big loophole or am I imagining things??? Wouldn't this also Rating: 5
