Although another thread is saying it's not signed yet, I believe Ritter said he'd sign it.
He did say he would sign it but has not done so YET!! I think he will let the bill time out and do nothing. In 30 days it's law unless there is a veto. I think Gov Ritter will take the cowards way out and do nothing or wait till the very last minute to sign.

When I first called to ask if they buy extra meds, they almost seemed annoyed by me even asking. Do more dispensaries seem not want to buy from growers in other part of Colorado as well? Are we being pushed out of the picture already? And why do people say not to trust dispensaries that do their own grows? Rating: 5
