Dispensaries that grow their own...
Here in Pueblo we just had 4 new dispensaries that opened this month and they all grow their own. When I first called to ask if they buy extra meds, they almost seemed annoyed by me even asking. Do more dispensaries seem not want to buy from growers in other part of Colorado as well? Are we being pushed out of the picture already? And why do people say not to trust dispensaries that do their own grows?

I hear that most don't like to talk specifics with vendors over the phone... Best bet is to bring them your extra meds and let the quality speak for itself.

The new bill, hb-1284, does not allow you to sell to a dispensary.
Got extra? Start smoking 'cause it won't be legal to sell it to anyone but your own patients (max of 5), and you can't charge them more than cost.
Although another thread is saying it's not signed yet, I believe Ritter said he'd sign it.

thing is, what do you think is REALLY going to happen?
it will be legal to grow and possess. you can charge cost of production. If you are a homeowner, cost of production would include opportunity cost on the part of your house you are using. 2 bedrooms? In Boulder County renting a room in a house is 500-$1000 a month. Electricity. Nutes. Labor. Are you an engineer or 100k+ a year manager? Your time is worth allot!
When you can possess and grow and sell to certain people... you realize that what Massey/Romer want you to do is help them keep the black market alive.
The Mexican stuff will be rolling back into town soon, which will be good for the home grower as that will take the role of the "cheap" stuff and the cost of black-market Colorado grown will go up as well.Colorado patient grower. :rambohead:
