need advice asap!!!!

HI guys im on my first big grow and im having a couple newbie questions lol.... And of course im having some trouble....im using a 1000w hps bulb with the 1000w lumatek digital ballast i have a fan to circulate air and theres fresh air access.... Id like to know why the stems are turniing purple from the middle up and spreading to all the branches.... and the leaves are yellowing and drooping down...here are some pics......

Need more info.
1. How much do you water your girls.
2. How far/close is the light from the girls.
3. How much do you feed them.
As far as the purp color, to me it sounds normal to me. Every strain is diffrent & diffrent characteristic.

i know it might be a little overwatering cause i used to much water for each plant they were wet for like 9 days and then i jus watered them again recently cause the soil dried out and i didnt use no were near as much water...but ever four days now im gonna water...but as far as the light its about 2' ft from then tops of plants...

Purple stem is nitrogen deficiency, and the yellow can also be nitrogen. Weird thing is you are in soil, and these issues arent a normal occurence. I advise a flush and some bat guano.

As far as the drooping leafs.. That is most likely due to the over watering. My plants are great and my stems are purple from about 8" up into the entire stem system. It is usually due to new growth, plant genetics, and occasionally dramatic or extreme night temps. Purpling usually starts around 44 degrees F. If your temps dont get that low at night it is most likely due to new growth and genetics.
