Now I'm about 5'10" tall and about 200 lbs, but I do not get to excercise much (OK OK - sex is probably the only excercise I get). I do tend to eat big, lots of red meat (I love my hamburgers - both fast food and not). I am 30 years old.

I'm wondering if I should follow the dilution thread's advice, but I'm not sure if I need to...

Tomorrow morning I will wake up and take another home test - first void this time - just to see where I'm at. It will be about 16 weeks clean. Of course I will update you on my results. I may send the sample for the gc/ms testing as well - even if it comes clean - just to know.

I guess I'm just ranting at the moment out of nervousness, but I do have a couple of questions:

1) What is the longest detection time. Most sites on the net say 30 days, but I've seen 45, 60 and 90 day limits as well. I've even seen 6 months posted in a few places!! Obviously, this makes me nervous because I was still extremely detectable at 30 days.

2) If I dilute I doubt I will need to add Creatine to my diet, because of my love of burgers - however are burgers and ground meats a good source of creatine or should I be eating steak? I havn't seen any information anywhere, other than 'eat red meat'.

3) I drink a LOT of coffee. I've read conflicting ideas about the stuff, and would love some clarification - I mean it's a diruetic but at the same time I hear it's bad to drink coffee close to test time - but don't know the reason behind this.

I think that's it for now. I'll follow up tomorrow to let everyone know how my home test goes.

1) Everyone's different and the detection times you listed are all possible depending on the person.

2) Hamburger, steak, roast.... All are considered red meat and are good sources of creatine.

3) Nope, coffee won't affect the test at all.
