A little background...40 year old, 6'1, 175lbs. ~8% body fat, metabolism like a 20 year old. Been an evening / closet smoker for at least 20 years, commercial regs, nothing special about an oz a month. Take Metamucil everyday, normal healthy diet, lots of coffee and bottled water, multivitamin daily and 16 oz. V8. Not a big exerciser, just chasing my kids...

Opportunity for 6 figure job coming up in Medical Field: Urinalysis (Drug screen), Blood Work (TB,etc), Physical, so this is serious for me. Cold turkey 32 days ago.

In '96 passed after 14 days with combination H2O and AZO. Since then I've learned that the AZO can actually trigger false positive so not going down that road and now realize that the dilution is what passed. I can sub if I have to, clean friend, only concerned about physical and stashing bottle.

Been self testing first morning void and evenings with One Step THC strips 50ng cutoff. At ~ 14 days very faint lines with mixed results since....some faint , some more visible. Cloudy urine appears to create a weaker line. No absolute positives. I read that any line is a good line, but is there a difference in the quality of the color? Will a weak line and an untrained tester send the test to GC/MS only to fail? I do not have a clean sample to compare against at this point and was wondering if anyone has experimented and visually seen the results of a completely clean sample? Is it also weak in the line dept? Used water and it came back solid red, so now I have some concern...

I will update everyone after the test with my results...still no test date but I anticipate within the next 2 weeks....

A line is a line, faint or dark. If your passing with the first void then your going to be good at test time. I would still do a mild dilution the morning of the test, substituting gatorade for water.
