I wish I could give personal feedback on the smoke but since I don't smoke I will get feedback from those who do


Used soil is no good in my opinion. You have already used all of the nutrients and all of the PH buffers are likely used up. Considering the fact that you did have insect problems Its just another reason to get new soil.

IMHO if you have enough time and money to have a legitimate grow room and are willing to spend months caring for your crop, you can spare the 15$ to get a new bag of soil.
