THC's First grow log - WW Feminized from Nirvana

Thanks Char, right now I am alternating from CFL to MH. When the MH gets too hot and the A/C stop working so well, I turn A/C to fan mode to defrost the inner piping to allow better airflow and to dry up condensed water, while this is happening I use the CFL's to ensure I won't have heating problems, then when A/C is back to blowing frigid air, I turn MH on, and steady 77 degrees throughout

When I get the cooltube I will need to make a hole somewhere in the closet (6 inches for exhaust) not sure if my landlord will like it but that's a chance I am willing to take, since it is after all, just a closet. I will obviously plaster it when I leave to make sure there is no crazy holes in the walls but for exhaust I need to do something, right?

I put them on a 3 Gallon pot to get more lumens, temp went up by a few degrees to 81.

Other thoughts:

Seems like the first few days after seedlings break through soil, the initial growth is slow until about the 7th day under constant lighting. Leaves are looking very nice healthy green, also leaves are almost hairy looking with a nice sheen. My expected yield per plant is 6 ounces, I plan to veg until 18 inches, and flower when I get 5% amber trichomes.

Here is today's afternoon pics, I let them get about 2 hours of direct sunlight and then put them back under the 600W MH. I noticed the leaves on the bigger plant look like they are curling upwards a little bit, I will stop watering until tomorrow night, and see if there is any change. On with the pics:















Temp inside grow room is approx 77 Degrees F when light is fully heated up and everything is balanced.

Hahaha, yeah I was a little tired when I posted. I meant to say I will begin flowering and switch to 12/12 when plant gets to be 18 inches tall, and harvest when I see 5% amber trichomes.

You got that right Louisiana, to be completely honest this is the first time I have ever grown anything, let alone cannabis, lol. Though I did do a hell of alot of reading over the course of 2-3 weeks while I ordered everything I needed. Not to sound braggish or anything, but when I get in to something that seems interesting, I make sure I am the best at it and read alot in to it as far as techniques, and paying attention to every detail. I am going off on a tangent now, my A.D.D is acting up :/

Combine that with Asperger's syndrome and you got a pretty messed up dude lol

As for names, I have chosen to not give any since I have a problem with attachments. It is hard for me to even be in a relationship haha, not kidding.

5th day since planting seeds in soil

79 Degrees F
33% Humidity

14 inches from 600W MH bulb with proper ventilation, A/C blasting throughout room to compensate for heat given off by bulb and ballast.

They are looking better and better everyday, I will continue to give you guys 2 daily updates everyday to keep up with the new growth, and if any problems arise from this growth, who knows... if my grow is 100% successful, I will use the same method from this log every time
