Are Worm castings a significant source of Nitrogen?
So this is my first time growing in 5 yrs and I decided I would do things differently than I did in the past. I began flowering about a week ago. This time around, everytime I water I'm using a tea. The Tea is made in a 5 gallon bucket and has 1 cup worm castings, 5 tblspoons phos. guano, 1 tablespoon molasses. When I'm done with the tea, I take the pantyhose holding the tea solids and apply them to the top of my soil before I water with the tea. Every other watering I'm using about 10 tblspoons Roots buddah bloom in the 5 gallons.
So recently I read that too much nitrogen at flowering will delay the flowers. I have only been flowering for a week and I know I cant expect much now as far as bud formation, but will the continued use of castings delay the flowering?sambones Reviewed by sambones on .
