No, you couldn't. That's the whole point. As stated 10000x, there are WAY too many variables (age, weight, fat %, metabolism, THC concentration of the weed, how much you smoke, how deep you inhale, how long you hold your toke, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc) to even come up with a close approximation. This is a dead horse subject, please don't beat it any more.

I have a urine test coming up in approximately 3 weeks. I took a body fat test and it came out that I was only about 3.5% body fat (save all the skinny jokes please, I eat my fair share of cookie dough :D). I plan on using the dilution technique outlined in the sticky, but I was just wondering about how long before the test should I quit smoking altogether? I figure Rating: 5
