what part of the MMJ Law forbids compensation for designated providers?

Ill save you the time, none.

Ill give you an example of how compensation would never be considered illegal by a reasonable person under WA's law;

You get cancer. You get your card but can't find meds. I am your friend and know someone who sells weed. He live 4 hours away. You give me $100 to buy you $50 in weed, and cover my gas and days time.

You just paid twice, "street price" in the form of what I think every reasonable person would call, "legal compensation"...which is just a fancy way of saying, you bought it.
Sounds like a solid statement to me. Nothing is "free". :thumbsup:

Will these comings out result in more raids by the state's nets, or will they selectively pick people off one at a time? As for me, I'm glad to see it, and I see we now have the dispensary reviewer. Keep up the good work, and those dispensaries are going to need meds grown in the state, so I guess that is going to make room for good growers.
