    It seems the co-op/dispensaries are coming out of the woodwork since the raid of NEC420. Will these comings out result in more raids by the state's nets, or will they selectively pick people off one at a time? As for me, I'm glad to see it, and I see we now have the dispensary reviewer. Keep up the good work, and those dispensaries are going to need meds grown in the state, so I guess that is going to make room for good growers. The levy's gonna break real soon from Hurricane Cannabis Sativa.

    I still do not see how they can function when the law specifically states no dispensaries. We saw what happened to 420......

    Somehow I don't think they will be the first. I have decided on my part to stay as far away from dispensaries as possible simply because of what happened to Club 420

    What is needed is a set of bills for protections and collectives both of which we are working on with Senator Delvin (Richland WA) and quite possible Khol-wells (the senator will be speaking with her soon to get her on board with these bills). These 2 bills will be pre-filled this December and we have started a public forum (TRC Medical Cannabis bill (Richland, WA) - Meetup.com) so that everyone can stay up on the progress of them and be heard. I will be attending a meeting end of june begining of July to write the bills with the Senator and his staff. Please come by and join the discussion. Peace

    DOH FAQ
    Medical Marijuana Frequently Asked Questions - Washington State Dept of Health
    It states in the FAQ no, I tried to find the law and kept going in circles. It also states that it is only legal to grow your own or have a designated provider, buying it is illegal.

    But hopefully this will change with the next legislative session or two, the world is ready and times be a changin' even with a traitor for a president.

    What you linked is not law, I am pretty sure you know this, but just wanna be sure.

    what part of the MMJ Law forbids compensation for designated providers?

    Ill save you the time, none.

    Ill give you an example of how compensation would never be considered illegal by a reasonable person under WA's law;

    You get cancer. You get your card but can't find meds. I am your friend and know someone who sells weed. He live 4 hours away. You give me $100 to buy you $50 in weed, and cover my gas and days time.

    You just paid twice, "street price" in the form of what I think every reasonable person would call, "legal compensation"...which is just a fancy way of saying, you bought it.

    Sounds like a solid statement to me. Nothing is "free". :thumbsup:
