I know at least here in MT when you go into a caregiver/MMJ distributer when you ask for eighths of a few differents kinds of weed they put each different strain in a seperate little baggy, if you walk out with this and get pulled over and the cop finds it even though you're a card holder can you be charged with intent to distribute?

Take a mason jar big enough to hold all the bags, and have a label on it stating its Medical Marijuana or Cannabis and the reference to the state code. Then, flash your card. And have the dispensary label the different strains so it shows they are all not the same. :thumbsup:
