Parts of site failed to load... If you are using an ad blocker addon, you should to disable it (it blocks more than ads and causes parts of the site to not work).

you sure i have heard it was not? even so it looks like these towns were waiting on this.
It had not been signed as of yesterday afternoon. You're right that towns and counties have been waiting on this, though. I expect every municipal and county government in the state will write or revise their regulations now that the legislature has given them some guidance.

Isn't true that even if he does not sign it becomes law in 30 days?
thats what i heard.i think in colorado the people that voted it through has more power than ritter.atleast i believe it is written in somewhere that this is the case.
