let the soil dry for a couple days & pick up the pot & feel how it weighs dry. When you water your girls you will notice the diffrence in weight. So the next time you need to water, pick up the pot & feel the weight & that will let you know if it needs waters. Thats my rule of thumb for watering in soil.

Im using a 1000w hps light with a lumatek 1000w digital ballast...It has a setting for 600w 750w 1000w and super lumens......I usually just keep on 1000w....
