Ive read your intructions and just want to make sure I got it right.
The day of the test massage a baking powder paste into hair then wash hair with zydot shampoo. Can i do this with the body hair as well?
Is this correct? Will it change the color of my hair?

I also read that my use was below what can actually be detected in a follicle test. What do you think?
