It is VERY illegal! They breached his First Amendment Rights, clearly.

This isn't about MMJ or pot itself, really. This is about the fact they tryed to keep him from his First Amendment rights. It just happens to be that he is a patient; cooincidence nothing more.

Yes, your wrong but I am, by no means, going to tell you to shut up!!! You have the RIGHT to express your opinion and I would be a hypocrite if I told you you many not practice your First Amendment RIGHT to Free Speach.
