Vega, I guess we will agree to disagree on this. I love lively politcal debate. I see this as a first amendment situation. Lucky for us video tape is everywhere and cameras will show that Jake was just shopping, detained by security and did nothing but wear a Yes we Cannibis tee shirt.
The video should be clear.
I guess we will wait and see if the attorney I contacted sees this as a plausible case and how it will play out.
Film at 11 and lets hope the national guard don't show up
Justabloke you got mail

I, personally, would like to see a picket of the mall (and I'd be the first one there)! But, that's just my agenda which doesn't hold a light to Matt and his fight right now.
Keep us up-to-date as the lawyer allows.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I just got off the phone with what I assume is a PR person for the mall. He was pleasant, he listened and e basically said they are investigating the situation. We spoke briefly about their "code of conduct" in regards to clothing. It is vague at best, and we agreed it will be up to a few lawyer types.
I was told I should hear from the mall management in a few days after the investigation. Funny he seemed most concerned when I told him I contacted the city of Aurora. Also, the mention of a boycott was a cause for concern.
I am having my preliminary talk with an attorney this evening. Myself or Jake will keep in touch.

It's not unlike me telling you "you must shut up because you are wrong."
Yes, your wrong but I am, by no means, going to tell you to shut up!!! You have the RIGHT to express your opinion and I would be a hypocrite if I told you you many not practice your First Amendment RIGHT to Free Speach.
