Piss Test quick question. PLEASE HELP!!

Hey Everybody,

Im new to these forums and this site and Im in a bit of a bind...

Im on probation and I hadn't smoked for 3 MONTHS. I went in for a piss test the other day, the "Immediate Result 12-Panel" test, and passed it! The very next day, I decided to smoke some celebratory bowls with my friends(about 4).

Then today, I got a call from my PO telling me that she was gonna have me come in sometime this or next week for a second precautionary test. She must have suspected I would smoke right after my last one.

Anyway, how long do you think it will stay in my system? I am very skinny and small for my age. Im only about 5'5 and 115pounds. I have a very fast metabolism, and this was my first time smoking in 3 months.

Do you think, if I drink ALOT and start running like 3-5 miles a day, it will be out in like 5 days?

My testing window is anywhere within the next 5-14 days. Any tips will be helpful!!!

I know there are a crap load of other threads about this, but please help!

I read the dilution sticky, and if worse comes to worse, I'll try it. But i really just need to know if you think i'll be clean in about 5 days, with lots of water, red meat, and exercise.

Is it even worth it to try to exercise alot if i only have 5 days? Woudn't that just bring OUT the THC in the short term?

Hate to sound like an ass, but if you are on probation, you should stop smoking unless you like jail....
My brother in law is sitting there right now because he could not stop smoking. Most cases here are for preemployment testing, if you are in the legal system, its so simple, stop smoking...you are probably going to fail unless you use synthetic, and they dont watch you.
Excersize makes you sweat and that releases thc in your blood, not what you want to have happen.

Well, i did stop smoking.

I stopped for 3 months, and the day after i passed my second piss test, i decided to smoke some bowls with my friends to celebrate. I thought i wouldnt get tested for awhile, since i just took one. But then she called me up 2 days after my test and told me she would want me to come in again sometime this week or next week.

So, basicaly im awaiting her call for the exact date. But it can be anywhere in the next 14 days. :/

Only periodic testing with a home THC test can answer that for you realistically . Each persons body chemistry is different.

When testing yourself, be sure to use the first void of the day.
