Nov. 24--Black and Latino youths are still subject to harassment, months after an Aurora Mall employee made racially insensitive remarks, say teenagers and community leaders.

AURORA MALL SHOPPERS CLAIM RACIAL PROFILING

??The Town Center at Aurora has denied allegations it racial profiles customers who are minorities or dress in a certain fashion. Several people in their 20s said they've been targeted because of their skin color and have asked the American Civil Liberties Union to investigate.

Last year, a civil rights group known as Acorn surveyed minority shoppers at the mall and found that 48 people claimed racial profiling. Thirty-one percent of those said they were targeted for their clothing. Twenty-three percent said they were approached for violating mall curfew. Eighty-two percent said they were asked to leave even though they were older than 16.? from CBS4 by Jodi Brooks
