It states, "we would like to clarify that Mr. Gailey was not asked to leave the mall because of his T-shirt â?? he was asked to leave because of his belligerent behavior." AND "Mr. Gailey got very loud and began yelling obscenities at our staff members causing a significant disturbance."

It appears this will be their defense.

This is the general jist of the story. My son and his girl friend(also 28) were out spending some money after recieving their income tax return and went to the Aurora Mall.
