Contact more than one lawyer to make sure you're not getting bullshit advice. See if it would be a good idea to get a few or a bunch of us down there so we can get banned as well! I don't give a shit if I get banned, I'll never shop there strictly because of this! Like I said, I can supply the tshirts(not out of pocket ofcourse) and I could have mine made with some extra wording to the effects of I made the T's, maybe they'd give me special treatment for it. I'm down to make some money on a lawsuit, maybe this could help fund the fight in court against hb1284.
