essing Reviewed by essing on . MMJ for Out-of-State Resident: Possible? Hi guys. I'm not familiar with CO MMJ regulations so I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. I'm in awe of the forward-thinking mentality of the voters of your state. I live out of the state (Texas) most of the year, but spend summers in the CO Rockies. Is there any way to acquire MMJ without CO residency? Can I still apply? What if I were to switch residency temporarily -- is there some kind of waiting period? Any advice would be appreciated.
