MMJ for Out-of-State Resident: Possible?
Ya sure can, Tex...Is there any way to acquire MMJ without CO residency? Can I still apply?
When I went to the doctor with my records, the 18 year old next to me was a resident of New Jersey that was a student at CU. They said there wasn't any problem and he saw the doctor after me.
The thing is, that was a mere 4 months ago. I have no idea if it's changed
Until someone jumps in with definitive fact, I'll assume the law is still the samecornbread Reviewed by cornbread on . MMJ for Out-of-State Resident: Possible? Hi guys. I'm not familiar with CO MMJ regulations so I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. I'm in awe of the forward-thinking mentality of the voters of your state. I live out of the state (Texas) most of the year, but spend summers in the CO Rockies. Is there any way to acquire MMJ without CO residency? Can I still apply? What if I were to switch residency temporarily -- is there some kind of waiting period? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. Rating: 5
