You can thank James Jr for that one over in whitman county...he beat them up pretty bad like...took 3 cops to court for theft of his medicine...they was constantly harassing him and his providers....they didn't exactly enjoy getting grilled on the stand by a pro-se pothead...as they termed it.lol.

He made sure the Chief Deputy prosecutor Byron Biderian and the judge(s) understood our MMJ law... and not to be messing with any patients again...

Next time it will cost ya 3 times $4,800 for each plant ya touch....

You can go to the court house and ask to see the file...it has all the caselaw in it to win 3 times your plants value labeled by the DEA....and even the judges orders listing the pertinent caselaw.

The courthouse is in colfax...the person you want to speak with is the court admin...(she is a hotty)...tell her your looking for "all" the James barber Jr. files from the pullman civil case and citizen criminal complaint charges filed on 3 pullman officers.....she will know exactly which ones to get you...:thumbsup:

Anyone else will give you the run around....

or send a public request to the prosecutor office for all the files in their possession of James Barber Jr. AKA Barber-Bishop.....they also will know exactly who your speaking about....imp:
