hair strand test

i've been smoking weed pretty much every day 4 the last 10 yrs up until 2 days ago when i was told i had 2 take a hair strand test ! am really pooing myself as i have 2 pass this !! i've read so much about the mac method etc but really don't know what 2 try as i've been smoking so long
ne suggestions would b greatly appreciated thank u
