Thanks for the heads up, caught the last 10 or so minutes, was this hard facts or just his interpretation of the bill?

I wondered about this too.

Also, call me suspicious, but it seems to me that he wants a list of everybody's questions so he can present them to the DOR so they can create more rules and close the loopholes.
