E is a great experiance, i think the only real problem with it is nuerosis. Which is incredibly nasty and can involve panicks attacks and anxiety day in day out. solution: 1. dont do it too much 2. do 150 mg of 5-htp (precursor of serotonin) on the morning after 3. if your really obssesive get some l-tryosine aswell (precursor of dopamine) 4. be a generally healthy person. enjoy the stuff cause it can give you the happyest moments of your life, respect it, its AMAZING... (you may think im a boring twat, but im just tryin to help, ive had substance induced neurosis and was almost suicidle because of it)
