Tiny's Happy House of Hydro
Ok we all know that we want to take advantage of every lil bit of space we have so we say "hey lets get a wall mounted fan!!". $69.95 plus tax, shipping, retirement plan, presidental campaign and such. I"m not going to pay that but what shall I do. Go to home dePOT and buy a 16" pedastal fan. walk down a couple isles and get a flag mounting bracket. The mounting bracket has a 1" hole in it which is also the same size as the top section of pipe with your fan. Mount bracket where needed, cut top section of pipe at desired length, insert into bracket, plug in and turn on. BOOYA!!!
Cost $30 and the bracket is adjustable for different angles

 Tiny you need to paint those buckets with white paint.
A ques. why does everyone use so much Hydroton?? I use a 6" net pot in a 5 gal. bucket, and the roots fill the bucket.
Am I missing something??
really a nice room your setting up

and heat, it really helps in preventing radiant heating of the buckets. It is no substitute for a water chiller or air cond. but its a lot cheaper and every little bit helps, but maybe with all the hydroton you use the heat doesn't get trapped in the buckets like mine does with lids and smaller net pots??

What's your time/flow cycle when you start out when plants are small in your buckets? I am 3 or 4 weeks behind you with same ebb and flow setup.

First 2 weeks 1/2 strength nutes flood 4 times a day for 15 mins each. Floros on 24/7. Starting week 3, as long as weeks 1 & 2 gave me the growth I want, Turn on the big lights for 18/6 and flood 5 times a day but not at "night" time. If you have an MH bulb for your big light(s) then use it starting week 3 but if you are like me and cant get an MH bulb, has to be conversion bulb for 600w, HPS will work also.
Daddy thanks for the headsup on the bucket thing
