Also, I would like to mention, Silica will really help out on the weight maintenance after harvest, and if used from the very beginning will pretty much ensure that the only leaning over problems you have are coming from a heavy plant pulling itself free from your buckets.
GroTek Pro-Silicate is what I usually use. I prefer a potassium silicate over a sodium silicate.

scottcc5s - I will give explicit details as time goes on. I may even post a thread on it in the future. I might show a couple of the containers to explain operation/etc. But, never the whole op...just for safety/security reasons.
I will say this so far...damn this is a lot of work. I might be doing this full time from here on out. Go on leave from work. Its only gonna get worse when I am flowering...and that starts in two weeks.

Marty what adds do you put in your mix?? I wrote them down once but do you think I can find it?? I know florishous plus was one and thought there were like 2 or 3 more.
BTW anyone that knows about my tent the final numbers are in for it. 4 plants 202.2 g out of 4 plants.

Tiny I forgot that you ran a tent as well as the basement. Got any pics of your tent harvest?
Martyr, maybe one day ill take you up on that offer. Trying my hardest to save up to get to the west coast. I really want to check out oaksterdam. I was born and raised in socal but that was more than 10 years ago. I will be back!

Nice grow...the 4 in the tent were DWC, yes? I have a closet and I think I am going to throw a couple DWC 5 gallon buckets and give it a shot.
