New Problem Hoping I solved it PLZ advise

i have two seperate lime kush clones in veg stage in two seperate 3 gallon pots, ihad no holes for drainage. I grow outdoor during sunlight hours and move a few feet indoors with 2 3000 lumen each 48inch shoplight so they continue to veg. I know it is a very low lumen count around 7000 bc i have another 18 inch daylight bulb but i want them to veg and not bud to quickly, probably over/under watered and over ferted so the leaves started shading yellow and some of the tips curling. I was told it was nute damage so i flushed them seperately by creating holes in the bottom and flushing them. I transplanted them into 3 gallon pots with much more holes and a layer of garden stones to enduce drainage. I am using a pretty basic soil and will just feed it water and superthrive. Will my leaves return color? I want these to live! please advise!
