Because now of this representatives whims I am put out of business and told to go back to second class jobs, is this really helping me rebuild my life sir? The State forcing me out of business how is this just. The State Constitution says once a Felon has completely discharged their sentence all rights as a citizen of Colorado are restored to them. The only amendment to that is that they cannot carry a firearm after the Brady Bill was passed. Before the Brady bill they could even carry guns. Thank God they have not taken away our right to vote yet. All you Conservatives, libertarians, constitutionalists where are you, why are you letting this happen to small business? Is it because it goes against your moral compass? it's funny how many of you look away when the rights of others are trampled, but cry out when you are attacked. The constitution includes all of us!

first off your felony should'nt even be counted as a felon as it was mj.how can they even use that against you when are now ok'd by the state to do this but now they will be treating you as if you are a no good pos.

besides that it's 12 years old and you have'nt done anything else that got you caught up with the law?if so does that not show anyone that you have been "reformed"to the states standards? being the good lil boy they want you to be?thats still not good enough for them.

as i have said many times this law is to be able to control both sides.they throw leo a bone at the same time still making a shit load of money on the "mmj center" side of things.
throatstick Reviewed by throatstick on . another poor example of our elected officials Rep. Waller speaks about medical marijuana | IndyBlog | Colorado Springs Independent Waller from the springs talks about the struggle to get the bill passed. His ignorance really shows when talking about felons and mmj. What the hell? I still do not get the felon issue if it only applies to the second class felon, you know the ones that are being discriminated against! Rating: 5
