In otherwords, if you move your meds and cops knock on your door the next day- you'd swipe the sweat of your forehead for having thought ahead. Good luck though and shit, I hope nothing bad happens- but what does hope do- most certainly doesn't keep us out of jail, who would care for our families?!

Yea, the other day Smud dude came to look at my new a/c unit for what ever reason. I escorted him to my unit and he looked at it. Turned around and says,"Your Good" I then walked him back to my patio where he says..."GEEZ" and just kept walking. Im leagle but still, the ol timer could always jump a fence:wtf:

I AM a UPS Driver! :jointsmile: Not the one in question, as I doubt a home grower where I deliver would be so paranoid. I'm actually good friends with several grower's and warehouse grows in my delivery area, and have had several ask for strains from MY garden! :rastasmoke:

Yes, there is always some risk when growing outdoors that "Someone" will see your plants, and then there's the security risks that "Someone" knows they are there, but I wouldn't be too worried about the driver coming back with his buddys. Times are tough that's for sure,... but we make 80k,.... so he's not hurting for what little scratch stealing some weed would garner him. UPS's policy concerning what we do at home is its none of their business, but they'll gladly fire him if he's caught in possession of weed (in NonMMJ states) even off duty! They'd use "Possession" as grounds for testing, and it's 0 tolerance.

Not a risk I'd even ponder for a second, Nor would I grow if I weren't in an MMJ state. (note I said grow, the wife has her card, I don't smoke since I like my job)


As far as him reporting it,... I saw it posted above,... his managers wouldn't give a shit about it, nor would anything be filed by UPS to the police. The driver would have to do that himself, and provide reasonable proof for the report before they could move on you. (tho admitting to pushing open a locked gate would gig him for trespass)


Tighten down security for sure,.... but take a pill. It's not likely anything will come from it. We see all kinds of screwball shit on our routes,... odds are he already knew you were growing.

well im glad you won't get in trouble because of that none of your business clause, but i must say thats not a good spot to be growing; at least not right now while marijuana is illegal....look at this father and son who got caught and they had their grow in a different property.

Let me clarify this by saying that I mean it's just total BS that someone should have to be afraid of delivery persons and other legitimate visitors seeing their plants. We need Prop 19 to take the fear out of mmj. Make it mainstream and legal and within a few years nobody will think any more of it than see your tomato plants.

Sounds to me like the issue with the father and Son getting busted was more about the firearms and ammo by a person prohibited.....cops don't like that shit....prolly would have overlooked some of the marijuana stuff if it wasn't for all the guns.
