Morning glory's don't have a nauseating coating, that would be Hawaiin Baby Woodrose seeds. For morning glory's just put them in a clean pepper grinder and grind them onto abunch of cinnamon toast or into some tea.

250-300 isn't a very big dose.

i think he's talkin about that crap they cover some brands in to preserve them or something, I've never bought the coated ones, so i dont know how to wash them, but i think you use dish soap or something, anways check erowid.org to be sure.

250-300 is plenty, especially if its ur first time.

Ah, wash them in distilled water if that is the case. Not in tap water, distilled water.

Another Trick you can try if you dont want to wash them is having 1 or 2 tablespoons of ginger first. The taste will be terrible but it works.
