Was just thinking about my 600W HPS lamp setup (comes with a ballast), and if someone could, please tell me what risks I take at being detected say by the electric company, will they make a big deal or do I not really have much to worry about for one lamp on all the time?

I am starting a new setup in a closet space of 2ft x 3ft x 10ft

Can someone please shed some light so to speak on what risk is there if I do leave one HPS lamp on all the time for growing? Will I be questioned, searched, etc?

Also, I noticed that my space is kinda small for a 600W Lamp (as posted in the noob guide ) Well, my question is this.... can I still use it in that space, it will not be touching the walls or anything and if need be, I can rig a fan to blow the excess heat out of the closet to maintain optimal growing condition. Any thoughts, anyone?
