I went today and crocthed it the whole time we did all the stuff and they didn't even test me. They may do it on the first day but I wouldn't think so but I am totally comfortable crotching it for hours so I'll just do it again on day 1 just in case. The hot hands and crotching had it at 100 after 2.5 hours.

I've practiced crotching my quick fix bottle and warming it up in microwave and feel pretty comfortable about that aside from the shift when I sit down. This shift isn't too bad and the briefs keep it good enough I shouldn't have to rearrange. I can even keep the temp about 92 with no heating pad.
