    been in the ground outside in the sierras for 3 weeks and something is having lunch at my expense, please let me know what it is

    ...I'd say it has to be the Bad Things (tm). These Bad Things go around eating, y'know, and they must be stopped!

    Seriously, tho, are we talking about something microscopic? Or something more deer-sized? I know that there are deer repellants out there, but some ole timers I knew would save up their urine whilst hiking (and eat a lotta cheeseburgers the day before), and then pee around the area with carnivore pee (their own!) to discourage the 'foraging ones'.

    If it's more the Wee Tiny Bad Things, well, as a good person 'round here (str8outtaweed) mentioned: "Neem oil and Dutch Master Penetrator are your friends". REally.

    Hope you get those Bad Things to stop eating...
