i haven't heard of anyone having probs with interstate shipping...once in a while customs intercepts one from overseas but no worries about em if all is done in the states. just be damn sure the sender knows how to properly seal and pack the package...iow, ask about the method used. personally, i do not trust seal-a-meal bags alone but multiple layers with a soap film in the middle is one good method...

the sender also can get a shipping number if sending priority (which i also would insist on) but no signature should ever be required. when you pay, be sure to use your return address or one that will get it back to you should you be given or write a bad address. no one will ever accept the excuse, "well i sent the cash...".

good luck and try to get as much info as possible before making a decision on who to use too.
