Blood v. UA

I just learned as that part my pre employment physical for a job at a local hospital there will be blood work in addition to a UA.

I assume the UA is for drugs only, and the blood will be standard tests.

My question - dillution is not an option for me - at 2 months clean, even way dilluted I still test dirty.... From what I have read here tests for drugs in your blood are not as long lasting as in urine.

With that said - given that my urine is so dirty, IF they test for drugs in both my urine and blood, do I have anything to worry about?

Sub for the ua and just be clean for 3 or 4 days and the blood test will comeback negative.
