    First void

    After a night of sleeping the metabolites build up and are more concentrated in the first void. Thats why if you test clean on your first void you should be good for the rest of the day. Also thats why in the dillution sticky its recommended not to use your first void for your company UA test. Pee 3 or 4 times and use your midstream urine for the collection cup.
