I've seen people who have a plant that size, and at an amazing three months old!:wtf:

Personally mine looked like that (from seed) at about 15 DAYS but not nearly THAT stretched out. (this means you need MORE LIGHT!!)

BTW my Avatar is the same plant at about 10 weeks of flower and 11 vegging before that!

I'd say no more than a couple weeks.....but it doesnt really matter because you can grow it as long as you want till you decide to flower. That's when the time scale gets important. Some people veg for 2 weeks some veg for 6 months......vegging is not the time issue! hope that helps! :jointsmile:
