UPDATE:

Unless I am completely missing it, I can not find any test identification information other than the "[ ] Profile 1-9 Panel" info under the tests required by employer section.

Doing a quick search on LabCorp's website, the only 9 panel drug test I was able to find is this one.

Any insight would be great.

I can't thank the quality contributors of this site enough for the wealth of information I have received. Like many of us on this site, I am being forced to submit a urine sample for a pre-employment drug test.
