Photo sensitive burn.
For starters, why would you ask for help, and have us do all the work thread-hopping? These are your plants, perhaps you should put-out the effort and explain here.
My comments are strictly from the info you provided here.
Inadequate light. Incandescents are no good for growing, nor are spot growlights. The throw out more heat than usable lumens. Fluoro tubes need to be within 2-4 inches to be effective. Ceiling light...?

The rest really doesn't matter. You have fatal flaws that need immediate addressing. If you seriously want to grow cannabis, you must have proper lighting or keep 'em outdoors. You must properly feed 'em, or they die. You should read your ass off and follow a couple of growlogs and see if you can gain the basics. When not following growlogs, you should read the FAQ's section till you understand what they are talking about. Read till you can't think any more and your eyes are bleeding. It's a learning process, and nobody is going to do it for you...might as well start learnin.
Quick Tips: Ask questions if you need something explained. Also, asking here before any purchases is likely a good idea. Tiz real easy to buy unnecessary crap some salesman say's you need. When planning your next grow, keep in mind that the flowering process is a tad different than the growth stage. Different nutrients, different lighting needs, different additives...Try to understand what you are getting into before you get into it. Ruins the surprise, but it keeps the plants happy knowing you are edumicating yourself on their behalf.
