If you bought it locally, take it back and tell 'em it's never worked for you. I know for a fact that the company that makes it wants resellers to stand behind the product. Not saying you'll get service from the shop, but it's worth a try. Failing that, contact the company. They have service centers now.

I'd been considering getting a vaporizor for awhile now due to all the great benefits you guys talk about and economical reasons...So, I purchased the iolite at the smoke shop for $200. After 2 weeks of trial and error, youtube tutorials, calls to the shop, etc. I still cant get this thing to work.
