Is it true that MedPot patients in Michigan have to surrender their drivers license?

The law has been in effect since nov 4th 2008. They have been asked to add michigan but nothing as of yet. And no we dont have to surrender our driving rights (although at 6:30 in the morning a few less would be nice). Good luck on your card. The state is about 120 days behind from what I've been told. If you already have your paper work from your doctor your legal now.:thumbsup:
