Oh, maybe a couple of hours per WEEK..... but especially in the beginning, you will want to at least look at the plant every day, because the plants are very fragile in the beginning. Not checking up on them for 48 hours in the beginning could turn out to be a total disaster. Once they are established you should be able to check on them every other day without too many problems.
